Hello, my name is Steve and I am a qualified Counsellor, registered with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society. I offer one to one counselling for adults at my private practice in Elm Road Studios, Bishopston. I am a good listener, non-judgmental, and provide a safe space to talk, at a pace you are comfortable with to help you explore and navigate your thoughts and experiences. Some people describe the process as like unpacking these thoughts & experiences and working with a Counsellor to make sense of them, before re-packing them in a way that they feel more comfortable with.

Your wellbeing will be at the heart of our sessions and I will always be guided by you in terms of what you want to talk about, and how little or how much. Some people find a few sessions meet their needs whilst others wish to work on an ongoing basis until they feel ready to end therapy. There are no rights or wrongs, just what feels right for you.

Sessions last for 50 minutes and cost £60. These can be in person at my therapy room in Bishopston which you can see below, online or by telephone. I offer a FREE initial 20 minute consultation - in person, online or by telephone - as I feel it is important for you to find a Counsellor whom you feel comfortable to work with as this can determine the effectiveness of therapy.
